Setting Up An Auction

He evaluates the merchandise and prepares a proposal that consists of all details of the auction. When the terms of the proposal are agreed upon, a contract spells out costs and responsibilities of the seller and of Sterling Auction & Realty Services, LLC.

Sterling Strathe brings a wealth of knowledge and life experiences to the auction business. As a farmer and rancher, he regularly bought and sold through auctions. In recent years he has directed a non-profit and worked for the University of Wisconsin, where he has gained valuable experience in marketing, managing programs, and customer service--experiences relevant to the auction business. As a graduate of Continental Auction School, he is ready to work for you. Sterling is a member of the Wisconsin Auctioneers Association and the National Auctioneers Association. Sterling is also a licensed real estate broker and can set up conventional real estate sales as well.
