A deposit in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or personal check is required to bid. Unsuccessful bidders will receive their deposit back at conclusion of sale. If you buy the house, this deposit serves as non-refundable earnest money toward the purchase of the house. The house sells “As Is”, “Where Is”, “How Is” with no guarantees or warranties.
A 10% buyer’s fee will be added to the purchase price to equal final selling price. House sells with no contingencies including financing, sale of a home, or inspection. Professional inspection is allowed prior to the auction at your expense. Closing must take place within 30 days of sale. Balance is due at closing.
