What Our Clients Say
Vern & Ruth Brusewitz-

At Sterling Auction & Realty Services, LLC, our procedures maximize receipts
from the sale of your property.
First, the auctioneer meets with you to see what is to be auctioned
and understand your individual needs. The merchandise is
evaluated and appraised. The auctioneer then presents a
proposal that details the auction date, time, location, cost of
advertising, set-up labor, and sales commission. What is
expected of both the auction service and the seller is spelled out
in a detailed contract.
Care is taken to ensure that the auction conforms with the Uniform
Commercial Code, state/local requirements, title verifications, and
notification of any creditors.
The steps outlined in the proposal and contract are then put into
effect. The results? Success on auction day!
